The above table does not include Workcover Premiums, The cost of office space to house your assistant or the cost of extra electricity etc. required to run an extra office space, employee bonuses (if applicable) or other costs such as office furniture or further training.
It also does not allow for:
- Morning and Afternoon Tea Breaks
- Personal telephone calls and emailing
- General office ‘chit chat' between staff
- Just running over to the café to pick up a coffee!
- Surfing the Internet
It is suggested that an average ‘office based' employee has a 50% productivity rate during working hours.
Partner with a Rest Assured Virtual assistant for 16 hours per week (38 hours x 50% = 16 hours) and it'll cost you a grand total of $26,624 (based on $ 32p/h x 52 weeks).
